With a Master of Engineering Management from UniSA and a Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering, Madu combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, detail-focused mindset. She was recognised in the top 5% of UniSA students two years running, receiving the Chancellor’s Letter of Commendation in both 2023 and 2024.

Clients and colleagues describe Madu as reliable, proactive and highly organised. She’s known for her ability to communicate clearly, support cross-functional teams and stay focused under pressure. Madu enjoys working at Williams Metal Fabrications for its technical challenges, collaborative culture and the chance to contribute to projects that have a real impact in the community.

One of her favourite projects so far has been the Kangaroo Island Port Refurbishment, where she helped deliver vital marine infrastructure through her work on QA documentation.

Madu is a member of Engineers Australia, the Association of Professional Engineers Australia, and the Golden Key International Honour Society.
