Josh initially began working for Williams Metal Fabrications in 2014 as a boilermaker and has since been promoted to Site Manager/Estimator. He has a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, and his high levels of motivation, work ethic and hands-on approach made him a natural fit for a role in management.

He’s known for his ability to lead by example, manage workflows and meet tough deadlines. He prides himself on ensuring client satisfaction and enjoys the wide variety of work he’s been involved in, from small projects to Tier 1 construction jobs.

While at Williams Metal Fabrications, Josh has been given various opportunities to further his education and understanding of the metal fabrication industry, including completing his Certification of Welding Supervisors.
