Mavier joined the Williams Metal Fabrications (WMF) team with extensive background experience as a metallurgical/process engineer for a global manufacturer and supplier of steel pipes (Tenaris) and for the largest steel corporation (SIDOR) in Venezuela.

In her role as an Estimator/Project Manager for WMF, she maintains effective communication with clients, developing an understanding of their needs and using her strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions at a competitive price. Upon project completion, she follows up to ensure expectations were met and continues to build long-term relationships. Mavier’s extensive experience in multiple multinational manufacturing companies serves her well, particularly in relation to identifying and fulfilling customer needs.

Mavier is known by her colleagues as being a quick learner and self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys a challenge. She enjoys the welcoming, friendly culture at WMF and notes that having a positive work environment keeps her motivated and wanting to learn more.

Mavier holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and a Diploma in Project Management.
