Daniel originally joined the Williams Metal Fabrications (WMF) team in January 2017 as a boilermaker/welder. Today, in his role as Workshop Supervisor, he ensures that clients receive the highest quality product, delivered on time.

Daniel enjoys the diversity of work projects at WMF, as well as the range of knowledge his fellow staff have to share. Known for being easy to work with, inquisitive and outgoing, he shows strength under pressure and a real willingness to learn and help others improve. He has a great sense of humour and says that the personalities in the WMF team make for a happy working environment.

One of his favourite projects the company has done is the Marion Bay Jetty Shelter, as it’s one job he helped build that is used a lot by the local community.
