Melinda Wales began working at Williams Metal Fabrications in July 2018. As QHSE Manager, she makes sure that the company’s management systems, documentation and processes are best practice and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Melinda’s known for being a perfectionist with a strong eye for detail. Her background in small business management in the metal industry in Adelaide, as well as her QMS and Regulatory specialist experience with Medical Devices Class I and II in Australia, USA and Europe, have contributed greatly to her understanding of Process, Systems and Regulatory management and how to apply this to most situations in the workplace.

Melinda loves the challenges that come her way at Williams Metal Fabrications and the fact that staff effort is appreciated. She also enjoys being able to work with clients, getting an understanding of their needs and ensuring that their requirements are met. She has especially enjoyed working on bridge projects, which have provided her with great experience.

In her spare time, Melinda is is a fully permitted carer with the Dept for Environment and Water and is regularly involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of injured native animals and assisting other carers with joey raising.
