Milind joined Williams Metal Fabrications in 2025 as a Project Manager, bringing with him nearly 15 years of engineering and project management experience. His career began in oil and gas, where he worked as a Mechanical Engineer on major EPC projects for clients including ADNOC, BP and Gazprom. After moving to Australia, he transitioned into project engineering and management roles, delivering fabrication and infrastructure projects for clients such as DIT, SA Water, BHP and Byrnecut.

Milind holds a Master of Project Management from La Trobe University, Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

Known for being reliable, detail-focused and approachable, he enjoys working on challenging projects that make a real difference in the community.
